Estacada Parks Trek
Trek the Parks of Estacada gathering points as you go. This quest is all about visiting parks over and over again. You can collect points from each park once every 24 hours.
Cazadero Heights is a neighborhood park so it has no parking and no restrooms or drinking water. It is equipped with a basketball court and playground inside a large grassy field. The entrance is an alleyway between 2 houses near the corner of SE Dance Dr. & SE Mountain View Ln.
This is a neighborhood park with limited parking. A playground was haphazardly placed atop of the hill.
Located at the end of NE Gardiner Drive just past NE Wheeler Circle, this park contains accessible play equipment with a rubber mat surface.
At the entrance to Timber Park, the City developed a “Portal” in June 2001. It serves as a rest area for people traveling through Estacada to the National Forest and especially on the West Cascades National Scenic Byway. It is provided as a stopping place for travelers to take a short break from driving, relax, have a snack, or use the restroom.
Estacada Station is located at Main St & Hwy 224 behind City Hall. Come get your fill of area information on the smart map featuring parks, campground and attractions from Barton to Ripple Brook Ranger Station. Fill up your water bottle or get your dog something to drink while you tune up your bike with the useful cycle tune up station.
Fred Campanella Memorial City Park is an 8 acre park that opened in 2018. The park includes a playground for young children, covered picnic areas, open space and pathways for walking and jogging.
Wade Creek Park has the most amenities of any park in Estacada. Boasting a nice size skate park, sand volleyball court, playground, rock climbing wall, nature walk trails, exercise equipment, and an amphitheater with indoor community room, you will find people of all ages enjoying this park with a picnic lunch under one of the shelters or learning about wildlife from the interpretive signage. There is plenty of parking and even car charging stations in the north side of the Library parking lot. Look for the mobius and mural while you are here.
